　　三次油气回收 是将加油站地下储油罐内由于压力过大而排放的油气，通过冷凝、膜分离等方法，进行回收处理。

　　油气回收装置安装情况《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第四十七条明确规定，加油站应当按照国家有关规定安装油气回收装置并保持正常使用。那什么是油气回收装置呢？油气回收装置包括卸油油气回收系统（一次油气回收）、加油油气回收系统（二次油气回收）以及三次油气回收装置（三次油气回收）。油气回收系统油气回收在线监测设备根据《上海市生态环境局、市经济和信息化委、市交通委关于进一步加强本市油气回收治理工作的通知》（沪环气〔2019〕234号），年销售汽油量≥2000吨的加油站应安装油气回收在线监控设备，与生态环境部门联网（上海市内加油站均应与上海市生态环境局联网）。

According to the "Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Oil and Gas Recovery in Shanghai" (Hu Huan Qi [2019] No. 234) issued by the Shanghai Ecology and Environment Bureau, Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and Municipal Transportation Commission, oil and gas recovery online monitoring equipment should be installed at refueling stations with an annual sales volume of ≥ 2000 tons of gasoline, and connected to the ecological environment department (all gas stations in Shanghai should be connected to the Shanghai Ecology and Environment Bureau).

　　验收期限是指自建设项目环境保护设施竣工之日起至建设单位向社会公开验收报告之日止的时间。除需要取得排污许可证的水和大气污染防治设施外，其他环境保护设施的验收期限一般不超过3个月；需要对该类环境保护设施进行调试或者整改的，验收期限可以适当延期，但最长不超过 12 个月。
