加油站油气回收系统的设置

  加油站油气回收系统主要由一次油气回收系统、二次油气回收系统和三次油气回收系统组成。

  The gas station oil and gas recovery system mainly consists of a primary oil and gas recovery system, a secondary oil and gas recovery system, and a tertiary oil and gas recovery system.

  一、一次油气回收系统

  1、 Primary oil and gas recovery system

  一次油气回收系统也称卸油油气回收系统,其基本原理是将汽车槽车卸汽油时产生的油气,通过密闭方式收集进入汽车槽车内,即通过汽车槽车与地下油罐之间的油气回收连同管道,将地下油罐中的油气回收到汽车槽车内,汽车槽车将油气带回工厂处理,从而完成汽油油气循环的平衡卸油过程。

  The primary oil and gas recovery system, also known as the unloading oil and gas recovery system, is based on the principle of collecting the oil and gas generated during the unloading of gasoline from a tanker truck in a closed manner into the tanker truck. That is, the oil and gas in the underground oil tank are recovered into the tanker truck through the oil and gas recovery pipeline between the tanker truck and the underground oil tank, and the tanker truck takes the oil and gas back to the factory for processing, thus completing the balanced unloading process of gasoline oil and gas circulation.

  汽车槽车卸油时将卸油软管与汽车槽车出油口及汽油油罐的卸油快速接头,油气回收软管连接汽车槽车油气回收口及汽油储罐油气回收快速接头。汽油槽车内汽油流入汽油储罐时,油气通过汽油储罐上的油气回收管道流入汽油槽车内,即用汽油将汽油储罐内相同体积的汽油油气置换到汽油槽车内。

  When unloading oil from a tanker truck, connect the unloading hose to the tanker truck's oil outlet and the quick connector for unloading the gasoline tank. Connect the oil and gas recovery hose to the tanker truck's oil and gas recovery port and the quick connector for oil and gas recovery in the gasoline storage tank.   二、二次油气回收系统

  2、 Secondary oil and gas recovery system

  二次油气回收系统也称加油油气回收系统,分为集中式二次油气回收系统和分散式二次油气回收系统两种类型,是将给汽车油箱加汽油时产生的油气,通过密闭方式收集进入汽油储罐的系统,即给汽车加油时将汽车油箱里排出的油气回收到汽油储罐。加油油气回收通常采用真空辅助式油气回收系统,即利用真空发生装置辅助回收加油过程中产生的油气。加油机具备回收油气功能,其气液比宜设定为1.0~1.2。气液比是加油时收集的油气体积与同时加入油箱内的汽油体积的比值。

  The secondary oil and gas recovery system, also known as the refueling oil and gas recovery system, is divided into two types: centralized secondary oil and gas recovery system and decentralized secondary oil and gas recovery system. It is a system that collects the oil and gas generated when adding gasoline to the car's fuel tank in a closed manner and enters the gasoline storage tank. That is, when refueling the car, the oil and gas discharged from the car's fuel tank are recovered into the gasoline storage tank. Refueling oil and gas recovery usually adopts a vacuum assisted oil and gas recovery system, which uses a vacuum generating device to assist in the recovery of oil and gas generated during the refueling process. The fuel dispenser has the function of recovering oil and gas, and its gas-liquid ratio should be set at 1.0-1.2. The gas-liquid ratio is the ratio of the volume of oil and gas collected during refueling to the volume of gasoline added to the tank at the same time.

  集中式油气回收系统与分散式油气回收系统的主要区别在于真空泵的安装位置。集中式油气回收系统真空泵安装在汽油储罐附近、二次汽油油气回收管道的后段,而分散式油气回收系统真空泵安装在每台加油机内部。

  The main difference between centralized oil and gas recovery systems and decentralized oil and gas recovery systems lies in the installation position of the vacuum pump. The centralized oil and gas recovery system vacuum pump is installed near the gasoline storage tank and in the rear section of the secondary gasoline oil and gas recovery pipeline, while the decentralized oil and gas recovery system vacuum pump is installed inside each fuel dispenser.

  三、三次油气回收系统

  3、 Triple oil and gas recovery system

  三次油气回收系统指在油品储存过程中,对汽油储罐内呼出的油气进行处理,使之变成汽油或高浓度的油气,同时把分离出来的清洁空气排入大气。三次油气回收系统需安装在已经完成二次油气回收系统改造的加油站,通过采用吸附、吸收、冷凝、膜分离等方法对这部分油气进行回收。

  The three-stage oil and gas recovery system refers to the treatment of the oil and gas exhaled from the gasoline storage tank during the oil storage process, turning it into gasoline or high concentration oil and gas, while discharging the separated clean air into the atmosphere. The tertiary oil and gas recovery system needs to be installed at gas stations that have completed the secondary oil and gas recovery system renovation, and this part of the oil and gas can be recovered through methods such as adsorption, absorption, condensation, and membrane separation.
