超低温通常指低于- 100℃的温度,国内在此温区大多依靠液氮的换热来实现,而液氮携带不方便,不仅使用浪费,工况也受到约束。
Ultra low temperature usually refers to temperatures below -100 ℃. In China, most of the heat transfer in this temperature range is achieved through liquid nitrogen, which is inconvenient to carry and not only wasteful to use, but also constrained by working conditions.

冷凝+吸附、吸附+吸收、压缩+冷凝、冷凝+膜等各种工艺都是收集法的一种,冷凝无疑就是一种本质安全的处理方式;

各种组合工艺就是因为之前国内的插电式制冷无法达到国家要求的排放标准,因此采用了组合工艺,单纯冷凝有机物并不难,只要达到该物质的液化温度即可,但是因为有机物的存在形式都是以有机物+空气或氮气,而大部分的有机物都会溶解在空气里面, 仅溶解的部分就已经远大于国家的环保排放要求, 所以有机物对应的液化点并不能将溶解在空气里面的有机物进行液化,需要更低的温度来实现,因此-75℃无法满足使用要求;在此背景下,我公司深耕油气回收十多年,组织专业团队结合国内外经验研发了单台压缩机制冷最低可达到-150℃运行的超低温制冷工艺。
Various combination processes are adopted because the previous domestic plug-in refrigeration could not meet the national emission standards. Therefore, the combination process is adopted. It is not difficult to simply condense organic matter, as long as the liquefaction temperature of the substance is reached. However, because the existence of organic matter is in the form of organic matter+air or nitrogen, and most of the organic matter will dissolve in the air, the dissolved part alone is far greater than the national environmental emission requirements. Therefore, the corresponding liquefaction point of organic matter cannot liquefy the organic matter dissolved in the air, and a lower temperature is required to achieve it. Therefore, -75 ℃ cannot meet the usage requirements; In this context, our company has been deeply involved in oil and gas recovery for more than ten years, and has organized a professional team to develop an ultra-low temperature refrigeration process that can operate at a minimum of -150 ℃ with a single compressor, based on domestic and international experience.
