一次油气回收系统,是指油罐车在卸油时,加油站油罐内的油气回收到油罐车内,油罐车将油气再回收到油库内的过程。?这个过程也就是加油站在接卸汽油时,除了连接卸油管外,还要连接一条油气回收管,目的是卸油时,将油罐内的油气,收集到油罐车内。概括说就是是卸油油气回收。
The primary vapor recovery system refers to the process where vapor from the gas station's fuel tank is recovered into the tanker during the unloading process, and then the tanker transfers the vapor back to the oil depot. This process involves connecting a vapor recovery pipe in addition to the unloading pipe when the gas station is receiving and unloading gasoline. The purpose is to collect the vapor from the fuel tank into the tanker during the unloading process. In summary, it is the recovery of vapor during oil unloading.

二次油气回收原理是利用加油枪上的特殊装置,将原本由汽车油箱逸散于空气中的油气经加油枪、真空泵回收至油罐内。对应到现场,就是加油过程中,通过集气罩将油气回收,通过真空泵回收到油罐内。概括说就是加油油气回收。
The principle of secondary oil vapor recovery involves utilizing a special device on the fuel nozzle to recycle the oil vapor originally emitted into the air from the vehicle's fuel tank into the oil tank via the fuel nozzle and vacuum pump. In practical terms, during the refueling process, the oil vapor is collected through a gas collection hood and then recycled into the oil tank via the vacuum pump. In summary, it refers to the recovery of oil vapor during refueling.

三次油气回收是指油品储存过程中,对储油罐内呼出的油气进行处理,三次油气回收系统需安装在已经完成二次油气回收系统改造的加油站。随着加油量增加油罐压力会不断上升。当汽油储罐压力升高到一定值时时,三次油气回收设备启动,以一定的流量从汽油储罐抽取汽油油气,转变为液态回到储油罐中,同时降低罐内压力。
Three-stage vapor recovery refers to the treatment of vapor emitted from oil storage tanks during the storage process. The three-stage vapor recovery system must be installed at gas stations that have already undergone the modification of the two-stage vapor recovery system. As the refueling volume increases, the pressure in the tank will continue to rise. When the pressure in the gasoline storage tank rises to a certain value, the three-stage vapor recovery equipment will start, extracting gasoline vapor from the tank at a certain flow rate, converting it into a liquid state, and returning it to the storage tank, while reducing the pressure inside the tank.

Explanation of common terms used in oil and gas recovery:
1.密闭性:是指加油站所有汽油设备(包括加油机、工艺管线、储油罐、真空压力阀(也叫呼吸阀)等)系统的密闭程度,通俗点讲就是检验整个油罐、管道密封是否完好,是否有漏气、渗漏等情况。
1. Tightness: It refers to the degree of tightness of all gasoline equipment systems at gas stations (including fuel dispensers, process pipelines, storage tanks, vacuum pressure valves (also known as breather valves), etc.). In layman's terms, it is to inspect whether the entire oil tank and pipeline seals are intact, and whether there are any air leaks, seepages, or other issues.
2.液阻:是指由二次油气回收设备至储油罐的气相管线对气体的阻力。也就是二次油气回收的油气是否能够顺利的流会油罐或集液罐。
2. Liquid resistance: It refers to the resistance to gas flow in the gas phase pipeline from the secondary oil vapor recovery equipment to the storage tank. That is, whether the oil vapor from the secondary oil vapor recovery can smoothly flow back to the storage tank or the liquid collection tank.
3.气液比:是指加油枪回气量与加油枪出油量的比,检测值1.0-1.2范围属于符合标准。根据守恒定律,正常情况,加油枪每加出1升油,就应该回收同等体积的油气,这样才能保持压力的平衡。
3. Gas-liquid ratio: It refers to the ratio of the return gas volume to the dispensed fuel volume of the fuel nozzle. A detection value within the range of 1.0-1.2 is considered to be in compliance with the standard. According to the law of conservation, under normal circumstances, for every liter of fuel dispensed by the fuel nozzle, an equivalent volume of fuel vapor should be recovered, so as to maintain pressure balance.
