油气是加油站加油、卸油和储存过程中发挥到空气中形成的易挥发有机化合物。加油站正常作业中的油气主要产生于两个环节：一是收卸储存环节，二是加油作业环节，都会排放出与汽油体积相同的油蒸汽。油气回收系统可将油气转变为汽油，对减少大气污染，改善空气质量，节能降耗有重要的作用。油气回收系统目前已经在我国的加油站中普及开来，但是油气回收系统的使用过程中有哪些要注意的地方呢？

　　（一）一次油气回收装置操作规程

　　01应先连接好卸油胶管和油气回收胶管，然后打开罐车油气回收阀门和卸油口油气回收阀门，再开启罐车卸油阀门卸油。

　　（1）打开集液器密封盖。

　　(2) Insert the oil suction pipeline of the hand pump into the bottom of the collector, and the oil outlet of the hand pump into the aluminum oil recovery bucket.

　　（3）摇动手摇泵摇杆至吸尽集油。

　　（4）收回手摇泵吸油管线，关闭集液器密封盖，将抽出油品回罐。

　　05加油枪要避免碰撞、敲击、被碾压或过度折弯，以免损坏内外管路。

　　06当油箱管口接近水平时，将加油枪尽量向上提（即压低枪口），方可正常加油。否则，自封球后滚堵住感应口，加油会立即跳枪。

　　When the fuel tank nozzle is close to horizontal, lift the fuel gun as high as possible (i.e. lower the muzzle) to refuel normally. Otherwise, if the self sealing ball rolls back and blocks the response port, refueling will immediately jump the gun.

　　07在加油过程中，应将加油枪集气罩固定在油箱口，不得频繁拔枪查看油箱内油品液面。

　　During the refueling process, the gas collecting cover of the refueling gun should be fixed at the fuel tank port, and the gun should not be frequently pulled out to check the oil level in the tank.

　　08加油速度不宜太快，因为飞溅的油液可能会在油箱加满之前使油枪跳枪停止加油。

　　The refueling speed should not be too fast, as splashing oil may cause the fuel gun to jump and stop refueling before the tank is filled.

　　09油枪自动跳停后应避免强行继续向油箱加油，以免加油枪的感应口有汽油进入，造成加油枪频繁跳停。

　　After the automatic stop of the 09 fuel gun, it should be avoided to forcefully continue refueling the fuel tank to prevent gasoline from entering the sensing port of the fuel gun and causing frequent stops.

　　10在计量时应停止所有油气回收加油枪作业，计量员站在上风口，缓慢打开计量口阀门，避免吸入油气。

　　During measurement, all oil and gas recovery refueling gun operations should be stopped. The metrologist should stand at the upwind port and slowly open the metering valve to avoid inhaling oil and gas.

　　11油气处理系统在油气存封冷凝过程中，当给系统通电或主机复位时，请不要靠近主机。

　　During the oil and gas storage and condensation process of the 11 oil and gas processing system, please do not approach the host when powering on the system or resetting the host.

　　12随时检查加油枪上的皮瓦，皮瓦损坏时不得继续使用，要及时更换。

　　Check the leather on the fuel gun at any time. If the leather is damaged, it should not be used again and should be replaced in a timely manner.

　　01加油时若闻到浓厚的油气味道时，应检查油枪或胶管是否破裂或渗漏，并及时报加油站经理。

　　02检查操作井内管线连接处（法兰片等）、量油孔是否连接紧密，无渗漏；检查加油机内部油气回收铜管线和接头，发现渗漏情况，要及时使用防爆工具进行紧固。

　　02 Check whether the pipeline connections (flanges, etc.) and oil measuring holes in the operating well are tightly connected without leakage; Check the oil and gas recovery copper pipes and joints inside the fuel dispenser, and if any leakage is found, use explosion-proof tools to tighten them in a timely manner.

　　05检查油气处理系统主机外壳是否完好。

　　06检查加油机内部油气回收电机铜管是否有松动、裂口等，避免油气泄漏导致加油机内部油气集聚。

　　应随时使用干的纯棉抹布保持设备清洁，及时清理油枪及油枪口，不得沾附灰尘及污物，以免被自动跳停感应口吸入，影响加油或自动跳停的功能。

　　Dry cotton cloths should be used at all times to keep the equipment clean, and the oil gun and oil gun barrel should be cleaned in a timely manner. Dust and dirt should not be attached to them, so as not to be inhaled by the automatic stop feeling and affect the refueling or automatic stop function.

　　1加油时汽油液滴可能会被油气回收装置吸入，积存于胶管弯折处，因此每隔1-2天应将胶管拉直后加油，利用油枪自然吸附力将汽油积液滴吸走。

　　When refueling, gasoline droplets may be sucked in by the oil and gas recovery device and accumulate at the bend of the hose. Therefore, the hose should be straightened every 1-2 days before refueling, and the natural adsorption force of the oil gun should be used to suck up the gasoline droplets.

　　2应定期（每周）对油气回收处理系统控制器进行清洁处理，用LCD清洁布清洁控制器显示屏。

　　3每周清洁油气处理系统主机外表，清洁前应先断电。

　　4设备保护接地电阻值不大于4Ω。

　　The grounding resistance value for equipment protection shall not exceed 4 Ω.

　　5油气回收设备发生故障时，需专业人员进行维修，加油站员工禁止随意拆卸。
