一、适用范围

三、纯冷凝法油气回收装置工作原理
3、 Working principle of pure condensation method oil and gas recovery device
纯冷凝"法油气回收工艺是利用制冷技术,先将油气逐级从常温冷却到-25~-110度左右(针对不同挥发气体可设定不同的冷凝温度),使油气逐级液化回收。整机系统通过以上过程不断循环,从而达到油气连续冷却分凝回收,同时确保挥发油气达标排放。
The "pure condensation" oil and gas recovery process utilizes refrigeration technology to first cool the oil and gas from room temperature to around -25~-110 degrees Celsius (different condensation temperatures can be set for different volatile gases), allowing the oil and gas to liquefy and recover step by step. The entire system continuously circulates through the above process to achieve continuous cooling and condensation recovery of oil and gas, while ensuring that volatile oil and gas meet emission standards.
制冷原理:利用多机复查制冷技术,为油气系统提供多梯度连续冷场。制冷系统工作时由压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体进入冷凝器被冷凝成高压过冷液体,经膨胀阀节流降压变成低温低压的汽液两相混和物进入蒸发器,制冷剂在其内蒸发并吸收通过蒸发器的油气的热量,使流经蒸发器的油气得以降温,利用物质在不同温度下的蒸气压差异,通过降温使油气组分达到过过饱和状态冷凝成液态直接回收,冷凝后的低浓度气体进入吸附系统吸附处理。同时制冷剂充分汽化后再被压缩机吸入压缩室进入下一轮循环。整机系统通过以上过程不断循环,从而达到油气连续降温回收的目的。油气分凝原理:不同沸点的制冷剂直接蒸发吸收油气热量,使油气中多种组分温度分梯度降至凝点以下,通过油气换热分离器的有效分离实现油气分凝回收。
Refrigeration principle: Utilizing multi machine re examination refrigeration technology to provide a multi gradient continuous cooling field for the oil and gas system. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged by the compressor during the operation of the refrigeration system enters the condenser and is condensed into a high-pressure supercooled liquid. It is then throttled and depressurized by the expansion valve to become a low-temperature and low-pressure mixture of vapor and liquid, which enters the evaporator. The refrigerant evaporates inside and absorbs the heat of the oil and gas passing through the evaporator, cooling the oil and gas flowing through the evaporator. By utilizing the difference in vapor pressure of the substance at different temperatures, the oil and gas components reach a supersaturated state and are condensed into liquid for direct recovery. The condensed low concentration gas enters the adsorption system for adsorption treatment. At the same time, the refrigerant is fully vaporized and then sucked into the compression chamber by the compressor to enter the next cycle. The entire system continuously cycles through the above process to achieve the goal of continuous cooling and recovery of oil and gas. Principle of oil and gas separation and condensation: Refrigerants with different boiling points directly evaporate and absorb the heat of oil and gas, causing the temperature gradient of various components in the oil and gas to drop below the condensation point. Through effective separation by an oil and gas heat exchanger separator, oil and gas separation and recovery are achieved.
