Design of Oil and Gas Recovery System
1、设计单位:加油站油气回收系统工程设计由具有压力管道(GC2)和石油化工工程设计资质的单位承担。
1. Design unit: The engineering design of the gas station oil and gas recovery system is undertaken by a unit with qualifications in pressure pipeline (GC2) and petrochemical engineering design.
2、设计压力:加油站油品管道设计压力为0.6MPa;气体管道设计压力为0.13Mpa;机械呼吸阀工作压力范围:正压(2000-3000 Pa)负压(1500-2000 Pa);汽油加油枪的气液比设定在1.05-1.1范围内;加油枪软管拉断阀,分离压力为400-600N。
2. 3、管道规格:卸油汽油回收管道公称直径为DN80;卸油通气管道公称直径DN50;加油油气回收管道支管公称直径为DN40,主管道公称直径为DN100;油气处理装置的管道公称直径为DN50;加油检测接口公称直径为DN25;油气排放检测管道公称直径为DN25。
3. 4、管道敷设:油气回收系统的管道埋地部分均采用直埋,埋地深度为-500mm,管道周围回填200mm细沙,其余用素土回填夯实。管线采用大小头连接时,立管连接可采用同心大小头,水平管连接应采用管底取齐的偏心大小头。
4. Pipeline laying: The buried part of the oil and gas recovery system pipeline is directly buried, with a burial depth of -500mm. The pipeline is backfilled with 200mm fine sand around it, and the rest is backfilled and compacted with plain soil. When pipelines are connected by small and large heads, concentric small and large heads can be used for vertical pipe connections, and eccentric small and large heads that are aligned with the bottom of the pipe should be used for horizontal pipe connections.
5、管道坡度:油气回收系统管线均坡向油罐,加油油气回收管道坡度不小于1%,其余管道的坡度不小于2‰。

6、通气管、排气管:油罐通气管、油气处理装置排气管安装高度均为4米,与站内围墙的最小距离为2米;沿建筑物(如站房、罩棚)的墙(柱)向上敷设的通气管管口,应高出建筑物的顶面1.5米,汽油油罐通气管上端须安装机械呼吸阀。
6. Ventilation pipe and exhaust pipe: The installation height of the oil tank ventilation pipe and the oil and gas treatment device exhaust pipe is 4 meters, and the minimum distance from the station wall is 2 meters; The ventilation pipe opening laid upward along the walls (columns) of buildings (such as station buildings and canopies) should be 1.5 meters above the top of the building, and a mechanical breathing valve must be installed at the upper end of the gasoline tank ventilation pipe.
7、通气管阀门:安装在地上的油罐通气管上的阀门,安装高度为1.3米,安装在地下的油罐通气管上的阀门应避开跑道,并放置阀门井。油罐处理装置排气管的上端安装阻火通气罩。
7. Ventilation pipe valve: A valve installed on the ventilation pipe of an oil tank on the ground, with an installation height of 1.3 meters. The valve installed on the ventilation pipe of an oil tank underground should avoid the runway and be placed in a valve well. Install a flame retardant ventilation hood at the upper end of the exhaust pipe of the oil tank treatment device.
8、检测孔:油气排放处理装置的排气管上须安装检测孔,检测孔公称直径为DN25mm,安装高度距地面1.30米。加油系统须安装液阻检测或密闭性检测接口,检测孔直径为DN25mm,安装在加油机底盆(油气回收立管上)。
8. Detection hole: A detection hole must be installed on the exhaust pipe of the oil and gas emission treatment device, with a nominal diameter of DN25mm and an installation height of 1.30 meters above the ground. The refueling system must be equipped with a liquid resistance detection or airtightness detection interface, with a detection hole diameter of DN25mm, installed on the bottom basin of the refueling machine (oil and gas recovery riser).
9、连通软管选取:卸油连通软管、油气回收连通软管,应采用电阻率不大于108Ω/m的耐油软管。

系统安装完成后(或投入前)应进行下列检测:

1)依据GB20952—2007附录A,对汽油加油机至埋地油罐的地下油气回收管道进行液阻检测。

2)依据GB20952—2007附录B,对油气回收系统进行密闭性检测。

3)依据GB20952—2007附录C,对带油气回收功能的加油枪进行气液比检测。

材质单、合格证
Material list, certificate of conformity
油气回收系统工程所使用的设备、材料必须有合格证和材质单,由施工单位整理保存,项目验收前一并交予建设单位。
The equipment and materials used in the oil and gas recovery system engineering must have a certificate of conformity and a material list, which shall be sorted and stored by the construction unit and submitted to the construction unit before project acceptance.

一般要求:加油站油气回收系统工程施工与安装由具有压力管道(GC2)施工资质的单位承担。焊接压力管道的焊工,应按《锅炉压力容器压力管道焊工考试与管理规则》进行考试,取得焊工合格证。加油站油气回收系统施工按设计文件及工艺设备电气仪表的产品使用说明书进行,如需修改设计或材料代用,应有原设计单位变更设计的书面文件或经原设计单位同意的设计变更书面文件。施工前建设单位、设计单位对施工单位进行设计和技术交底,以及安全施工教育。施工单位编制施工方案,施工方案包括以下内容:

施工用机械设备应该安全可靠,计量器具在有效检定期内,加油站油气回收系统应做好施工记录,隐蔽工程施工部位应以照片形式存档。

油管、电线缆管沟及地面恢复
Oil pipe, wire cable trench and ground restoration
1)管线、电缆回填,一般为四层,第一层沙层,第二为素土层,第三层为垫层,第四层为面层。
1) Pipeline and cable backfilling generally consists of four layers: the first layer is sand layer, the second layer is plain soil layer, the third layer is cushion layer, and the fourth layer is surface layer.
2)沙层的厚度为200MM,采用一般为黄沙;素土层为细土、厚度根据实际工程量;垫层采用三七灰土或土石屑厚度为300MM;混凝土地面选用C25,厚度250MM,其余地面按原材料铺设。

拆挖油罐挡土墙,油罐罐井应减少作业量和破损量,管线敷设完成后,应该恢复完好。设备基础、罐井、阀门等按图施工,符合设计要求。

1、管道焊接
1. Pipeline welding
管道焊缝外观应成型良好,与母材圆滑过度,宽度以每侧盖过坡口2mm为宜,焊接接头表面质量应符合下列要求:
The appearance of pipeline welds should be well formed, smoothly transitioned with the base material, and the width should cover the groove on each side by 2mm. The surface quality of the welded joint should meet the following requirements:
1)不得有裂纹、未熔合、夹渣、飞溅存在。
1) There shall be no cracks, lack of fusion, slag inclusion, or splashing present.
2)管道焊缝咬肉深度不应大于0.5mm,连续咬肉长度不大于100mm,且焊缝两侧咬肉总长不应大于焊缝全长的10%。
2) The depth of undercut in pipeline welds should not exceed 0.5mm, the length of continuous undercut should not exceed 100mm, and the total length of undercut on both sides of the weld should not exceed 10% of the total length of the weld.
3)焊缝表面不得低于管道表面,焊缝余高不应大于2mm。
3) The surface of the weld seam shall not be lower than the surface of the pipeline, and the excess height of the weld seam shall not exceed 2mm.
2、管道防腐
2. Pipeline anti-corrosion
管道采用电动砂轮和手工除锈达到二级,地上管道均刷铁红底漆两遍,面漆两遍;埋地工艺管道的外表面采用BL-10胶带加强级防腐。
The pipeline adopts electric grinding wheel and manual rust removal to achieve level two. The above ground pipeline is coated with two coats of iron red primer and two coats of topcoat; The outer surface of the buried process pipeline is reinforced with BL-10 tape for anti-corrosion.
3、管道试压及气密性

管道安装完毕后,应进行试压及气密性,管道采用气压试验压力为0.5Mpa稳压30分钟不降压、不变形,在焊口周围涂抹发泡济,不泄露为合格
After the installation of the pipeline is completed, pressure testing and airtightness should be carried out. The pipeline should be subjected to a pressure test with a pressure of 0.5Mpa and stabilized for 30 minutes without pressure drop or deformation. Foam should be applied around the weld joint to ensure that there is no leakage, which is considered qualified
4、管道坡度
4. Pipeline slope
为确保管道坡度达到1%,不小于2‰,应每2米对管道进行一次检验,并做好记录。
To ensure that the slope of the pipeline reaches 1% and is not less than 2 ‰, the pipeline should be inspected every 2 meters and recorded.
5、管道的吹扫
5. Purging of pipelines
管道系统试压合格后,应用空气进行吹扫,并应符合下列规定:

1)不参与冲洗或吹扫的设备应隔离。
1) Equipment that does not participate in flushing or blowing should be isolated.
2)吹扫压力不得超过设备和管道系统的设计压力,空气流速不得小于20m/s.

3)空气吹风时,应在排出口设白色油漆靶检查,以5min内靶上无铁锈及其他杂物颗粒为合格。

安全施工
Safe construction
1、施工单位现场负责人和加油站站长为施工现场第一安全责任人,共同对施工安全负责。

2、在临时用电、动火、破土作业前,办理相关作业票,根据作业票的要求落实防护措施。

油气回收工程项目的验收分为分步验收和整体验收,分步验收是指施工过程中每个环节的验收;整体验收是指油气回收系统全部安装完成后,对整个系统的验收。

1、分步验收

分步验收主要由现场管理人员(加油站站长)、监理根据施工的进展,按施工的要求进行验收,并签字。如管道的试压、焊接、防腐,管沟回填、夯实,特别是隐蔽工程。
