　　3通知被测单位做好检测准备检测工作具体时间需提前通知被测单位，要求做好满罐存油准备以有利于检测，在检测之前24小时内不允许进行气液比检测，在检测前3小时内和在现场检测过程中，不得有大批量油品进出储油罐，在检测前30分钟停止加油作业。用安全围栏圈定现场检测区域、油罐并操作区域，提出安全警示，现场准备消防设施（干粉灭火器、石棉毯等），非现场操作人员不得进入相关区域。现场工作人员需按照相关安全要求更换防静电工作服、关闭所有通讯设备、车辆熄火、不许携带火源等，严格遵守被检单位的其他要求。

Gas liquid ratio testing is not allowed within 24 hours before testing. Use safety fences to delineate the on-site inspection area, oil tank and operation area, issue safety warnings, prepare fire-fighting facilities on site (dry powder fire extinguishers, asbestos blankets, etc.), and non on-site operators are not allowed to enter the relevant areas. On site staff are required to replace anti-static work clothes, turn off all communication equipment, turn off vehicles, and prohibit carrying fire sources in accordance with relevant safety requirements, and strictly comply with other requirements of the inspected unit.
