1、密闭罩密闭排风罩(密闭罩)包括局部密闭罩、整体密闭罩、大容积密闭罩。将工艺设备散发有机废气的部分加以密闭的排风罩叫做局部密闭罩;将散发有机废气的设备大部分或全部密闭的排风罩叫做整体密闭罩;在较大范围内将散发有机废气的生产设备或有关工艺过程全部密闭的排风罩叫做大容积密闭罩。如图A.1。?
1. A sealed exhaust hood (sealed hood) includes partial sealed hood, integral sealed hood, and large capacity sealed hood. The part of the process equipment that emits organic waste gas is called a partially sealed exhaust hood; The exhaust hood that seals most or all of the equipment that emits organic waste gas is called a fully enclosed hood; The exhaust hood that seals all production equipment or related processes that emit organic waste gas on a large scale is called a large capacity sealed hood. As shown in Figure A.1.?
针对有机废气散发面较小的设备或工段,可选用局部密闭罩,如橡胶硫化车间的硫化设备;针对散发面较大的设备或工段,可选用整体密闭罩密闭收集,如喷漆车间、涂布车间的喷漆工段、烘干工段;针对多台设备、多个工段散发有机废气的设备或工段,可选用大容积密闭罩,如印刷车间。
For equipment or sections with small emission areas of organic waste gas, local sealed covers can be used, such as the vulcanization equipment in the rubber vulcanization workshop; For equipment or work sections with large emission surfaces, a fully enclosed hood can be used for closed collection, such as the painting workshop, coating workshop's painting section, and drying section; For equipment or sections that emit organic waste gas from multiple devices or sections, a large capacity sealed hood can be used, such as in a printing workshop.
密闭罩排风口布置方式有多种:a)直接设置在罩体上,如图A.2a);b)接管靠近散发点位,如图A.2b),当排风口靠近有机废气散发点位时,风速不应太高,防止吸走工艺物料;c)罩内有多个有机废气散发点位时,设置多个排风口,如图A.2c),既可就近收集有机废气,也可根据工艺进行启闭控制,减少无效排风量;d)将排风口设置为排风罩,如图A.2d),排风罩可选用小型密闭罩、半密闭罩、外部排风罩等,可进一步提高收集效率,降低排风量。

When the exhaust outlet is close to the organic waste gas emission point, the wind speed should not be too high to prevent the suction of process materials; c) When there are multiple organic waste gas emission points inside the hood, multiple exhaust outlets should be set up, as shown in Figure A.2c), which can collect organic waste gas nearby or control the opening and closing according to the process to reduce ineffective exhaust volume; d) Set the exhaust outlet as an exhaust hood, as shown in Figure A.2d). Small enclosed hoods, semi enclosed hoods, external exhaust hoods, etc. can be used as exhaust hoods to further improve collection efficiency and reduce exhaust volume.
2、半密闭罩
2. Semi closed cover
半密闭罩的结构与密闭排风罩类似,但由于工艺操作需要,罩的一面可全部或部分打开。半密闭罩因有多面围挡,外部气流干扰小,和外部排风罩相比能取得较好地控制有机废气的作用,同时便于工作人员的操作。工业有机废气半密闭罩多采用三面包围式收集,如图A.3。
The structure of a semi closed hood is similar to that of a closed exhaust hood, but due to process operation requirements, one side of the hood can be fully or partially opened. The semi enclosed hood has multiple enclosures and minimal external airflow interference. Compared with the external exhaust hood, it can achieve better control of organic waste gas and is easy for workers to operate. Industrial organic waste gas semi enclosed hoods often adopt a three sided enclosure collection method, as shown in Figure A.3.
3、外部排风罩
3. External exhaust hood
外部排风罩包括上吸罩(顶吸罩)、侧吸罩、下吸罩(底吸罩)。设置在有机废气散发源上部的外部罩叫做上吸罩(顶吸罩);设置在有机废气散发源侧面的外部罩叫做侧吸罩;设置在有机废气散发源下部的外部罩叫做下吸罩(底吸罩)。如图A.4。

4、收集装置设计

密闭罩、半密闭罩及外部排风罩的设计可参考GB/T 16758中的相关规定。
The design of enclosed hoods, semi enclosed hoods, and external exhaust hoods can refer to the relevant provisions in GB/T 16758.
5、循环通风收集
5. Circulating ventilation collection
循环通风收集技术主要有两大应用场景。?a)如图A.5a)所示的喷漆车间,为保证漆雾被有效收集,需要营造从上到下的垂直气流,即需要较大的送风量,较大的送风量则需更大的排风量才能保证漆雾不溢出。为减少废气处理风量,即采用循环通风方式,将漆雾收集装置内排风中的大部分循环送回。b)如图A.5b)所示的橡胶炼胶生产线,其产生一定的粉尘,需采用较大的排风量才能将粉尘有效输送,但是炼胶过程VOCs散发量较小,排风浓度较低,因此选用循环通风方式,将粉尘收集过滤后将仅含VOCs的排风送回至收集装置。循环通风的方式可大幅减少向室外排放的废气总量,提高有机废气收集浓度,同时也可节约空调供暖通风能耗(如汽车喷漆车间),是一种典型的节能增效方式。
There are two main application scenarios for circulating ventilation collection technology.? a) In the paint spraying workshop shown in Figure A.5a), in order to ensure effective collection of paint mist, it is necessary to create a vertical airflow from top to bottom, which requires a larger air supply volume. A larger air supply volume requires a larger exhaust volume to ensure that the paint mist does not overflow. To reduce the air volume of exhaust gas treatment, a circulating ventilation method is adopted to circulate most of the exhaust air in the paint mist collection device back. b) The rubber mixing production line shown in Figure A.5b) generates a certain amount of dust, which requires a large exhaust volume to effectively transport the dust. However, the VOCs emissions during the rubber mixing process are small, and the exhaust concentration is low. Therefore, a circulating ventilation method is selected to collect and filter the dust, and the exhaust containing only VOCs is sent back to the collection device. The method of circulating ventilation can significantly reduce the total amount of exhaust gas emitted to the outside, increase the concentration of organic waste gas collection, and also save energy consumption for air conditioning, heating, and ventilation (such as in car painting workshops). It is a typical energy-saving and efficiency enhancing method.
6、收集装置补风设计

为保证各个排风点位补风充足,宜设置均匀补风。
